About
Built by operators, for operators
Cloudment started as a small panel for managing game servers and applications. Year by year it absorbed another piece of the stack: VMs, billing, tickets, monitoring, networks. Somewhere along the way it became the whole dashboard.
Today hosting companies resell it, homelabs run it free, and it's trusted by some of the most forward-thinking teams in hosting.
Milestones
2017 / v0.1
Where it started
One panel for game servers and apps, built on PHP, jQuery and xterm.js. Rough around the edges, but it ran real workloads from day one.
2021 / v1.0
Cloudment is born
Virtual machine support landed alongside game servers and applications, all under one console. Cloudment launched privately to its first hosting partners.
2022 / v2.0
Built to stay up
Billing and support tickets turned the control panel into a full business platform, engineered for reliability: isolated error boundaries, faster page loads, and predictable failure handling for operators who can't afford downtime.
2024 / v3.0
One platform, end to end
Dedicated and bare-metal servers joined the fleet, third-party integrations linked payment and infrastructure providers, and a reseller platform let partners sell Cloudment under their own brand, all on one unified stack.
2026 / v4.0
Open to everyone
What we ran privately for hosting partners is now public, with monitoring and networking built in, powering datacenter providers, enterprises, large nonprofits, game studios, and educational institutions.
